The Founder
Natig Rashidli founded SETTRA after more than eight years in VIP hospitality — including roles at Bulgari Hotel Dubai, one of the city's most exclusive properties. He saw first-hand how even the most successful people struggled with the daily demands of life in a fast-moving city.
SETTRA was built to fill that gap: a single, trusted point of contact who handles everything from residency paperwork and household staff to private events and cross-city logistics — with genuine care and absolute discretion.
